This is a top-folding card made of heavy, 110 lb white cardstock with one layer of deep red scalloped paper and one layer of white with a stitch-detailed cut out.  The image is created using stamps and dies from Hero Arts.  It has a matching envelope and comes in cello packaging for protection.
