Peace, Love & Joy Christmas Card

This is a handmade holiday card made using a diagonal stripe die from Waffle Flower. The stripes are paper pieced with red and white cardstock to create a panel on the front of the card. The large aqua snowflake was cut using Sizzix Thinlets Die, Flurry #3.

Layered on top is a snowflake cut from silver glitter paper using the Abby die from Simon Says Stamp. The sentiment is cut from CZ Design Sentiment Strips, Reverse Christmas. I love these pages of sentiments printed on high-quality, semi-gloss black cardstock. I just cut out the strip from the page, saved the rest in an envelope, and attached it to the card with foam adhesive for a little (but not too much) dimension. I stamped the sentiment "holiday cheer enclosed" on the back flap of the envelope.

Below is the sentiment stamped on the inside. I've managed to collect a fair number of holiday sentiments over the years and enjoy it when I find one that goes with the front of the card well.
